Boxing classes are trending, and there are more and more of such classes here in Singapore. From the cardio workout of kickboxing to the somewhat competitive Muay Thai boxing, there are many types of boxing classes on our sunny island.

The reason that boxing is popular could be due to the full-body workout that it gives. When done correctly, boxing trains not only the arms, but also the core, back, legs, and shoulders. It is a full workout to benefit anyone who wishes to stay fit and have fun all at the same time. Besides, it helps us to relieve stress and vent the aggression within us. The punches that we throw around in the class help to push all the frustrations and aggression to the surface and let it all out. It is a healthy way of relieving stress!

If you are looking for studios and boxing classes, here is a list for you to consider.
